Complaint Management    

GET Capital AG provides services for its customers with the greatest possible care. We take the criticism of our customers seriously and understand corresponding hints and suggestions as an opportunity to continuously improve our processes. We would like to inform you below about our procedures for handling complaints:

  • Complaint submission

The complaint can be submitted in German by telephone or - preferably - in writing and free of charge to the attention of the complaint management function. The complaint must contain a comprehensive description of the facts to be complained about from the complainant's point of view. The contact details of the complainant must be provided.

  • Complaint management function

The complaint may be addressed to the Complaints Management Function of GET Capital AG at the address: GET Capital AG, Complaint Management Function, Heinz-Nixdorf-Str. 31, 41179 Mönchengladbach. The Complaints Management Function shall ensure that all complaints are investigated objectively and appropriately in accordance with the Complaints Handling Policies and Procedures and that potential conflicts of interest are identified and that any impairment of the Complaints Handling Process by conflicts of interest is avoided.

  • Complaint Handling

The complaint management function first sends an acknowledgement of receipt immediately after receiving a complaint, stating the approximate processing time, which is normally 14 working days. If a response is delayed, the complainant will receive prompt feedback on the reason for the delay and by when the review of the incident is expected to be completed. The final response stating our position regarding the complaint will be provided to the complainant in hard copy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, verbal complaints may be answered verbally only, provided the complainant agrees.

You have the option of referring the complaint to an alternative dispute resolution body or filing a civil lawsuit.
